The following policies apply to all our bookings

• £25 Non-returnable deposit required on booking bedrooms.
• Non-returnable deposits required for functions/weddings as identified at time of booking.
• The Hotel has a non-smoking policy.
• Food and drink should not be consumed in the hotel rooms unless purchased from Little Silver.
• Dogs/Pets not allowed, other than guide dogs by pre-arrangement only.
• Check in from 1pm.
• Check out by 10am.
• Most major credit/debit cards taken, cheques to the value of guarantee card, travellers cheques accepted.
• Child under 10 years sharing with parents/ guardian in any room - £12.50
• Child over 10 years and adults sharing family room - £20.00.
• Little Silver reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time for whatever reason.
• Rooms are let for your use only.

Cancellation policy
• £25 deposit on bedroom booking is non-returnable.
• Full charge applicable if cancellation is made after mid-day the day before planned arrival or the guest fails to occupy the room.
• Cancellation charges applicable for other hotel facilities as identified on booking.
